Can I send multiple gifts to multiple recipients?
Yes! Our new corporate website allows you to input multiple addresses. If you are ordering more than 10 gifts, please fill out our form on our bulk order page or email our Corporate Director Collin Smith at collin@thecravory.com.
How much lead time do you need?
If you're planning to order your gifts during December, we always suggest placing your order prior to Thanksgiving.
That being said, we're always baking cookies and have never not been able to accept and order!
For any orders placed between January to November, please give us as much notice as you can give. Collin, our Corporate Director can make almost anything possible, but having enough lead time is always preferable. Generally speaking, 1 to 2 weeks notice should be enough.
Please note that lead times can always change depending on the size of the order, as well as shipping, store pickup, local delivery and more.
What types of branded customizations do you offer?
The Cravory has an in-house print shop and can brand gift boxes, stickers and notecards with yours or your client's logo.
The great news, we never charge plate charges or set up fees!
Can I include a gift message with my logo?
Of course! We can brand any notecard along with a logo and your message.
If you're shopping on our corporate store, simply follow the instructions on the multiple shipping page to add a gift message. You can also request sending the package at a later date.
If you'd like to place a bulk order, make sure to send in your gift message along with your order, logo and addresses.
Will pricing information be included with my gift order?
Because we're a gifting company, we never include pricing in our orders.
Can I use a discount code?
All of our gift boxes include a discount as well as a branded notecard for free!
You can always upgrade to a logo box or stickers for a nominal fee without set up fees or plate charges.
Can you ship the gift boxes directly to me so I can distribute them?Â
Of course! If you rather surprise clients at a meeting or event, you can either pick them up locally or request at our cookie shops or request local delivery in San Diego.
We can also ship any bulk order nationwide.
How long does it take for the cookies to arrive?
We ship nationwide and it usually takes 1-3 business days for our cookies to arrive.
All of our cookies are individually wrapped and stay fresh up to 3 weeks.
Can I gift my employees or clients digital gift cards?Â
Absolutely! You can either gift one-by-one or upload your CSV with a gift message! Find our digital gift cards here.

Do you ship internationally?
Because our cookies do not have any preservatives we can never guarantee that an international order will offer the same quality.

What volumes can you handle?
Our minimum batch size is 200 lbs, but that doesn’t mean we cannot go large scale. Every project is unique and we’re here to meet your needs.Â

The Cravory will connect you with our industry and brokerage contacts to meet your desired distribution channels.
How do I get the cheapest shipping?
Great question! Annually, The Cravory ships more than 1 million packages nationally and internationally, so using our built-in shipping rates, you will save on every package to keep your prices competitive in the marketplace.
Can you help me design my packaging?
Yes! Just like our shipping rates, we have expert partners in the packaging & design industry and have been through the ringer already, so you don’t have to! Our technicians and packaging specialists will help you along the way.
